Featured treatment

Genicular Artery Embolization

Knee pain from osteoarthritis is driven in large part by inflammation of the joint lining — and that inflamed lining has its own abnormally rich blood supply. GAE reduces that supply through a catheter, in about an hour, with no incision and no implant. For patients whose injections have stopped working but who are not ready for a knee replacement, it fills a gap that has existed for a long time.
